Sabres at Blue Jackets | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Pick’em -110 Odds

The unbeaten Sabres (2-0) will look to win their second road game when they visit the winless Blue Jackets (0-2). Buffalo pulled off a big upset in its season opener last Thursday, taking down the Pittsburgh Penguins 3-1 as +165 road underdogs. The Sabres then exploded offensively on Saturday in a 7-2 rout of the New Jersey Devils to reward their backers as -120 home favorites. Meanwhile, Columbus has been outscored 11-3 in a pair of losses to Pittsburgh and Toronto so far. To be fair, the Blue Jackets were underdogs in both games, closing at +140 in a 4-1 home loss to the Maple Leafs on Friday and +160 in a 7-2 road defeat to the Penguins on Saturday. Columbus is 7-3 in the past 10 meetings with Buffalo.

Blues at Maple Leafs | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Maple Leafs -145 Favorites

The defending Stanley Cup champion Blues (1-0-1) will try to beat the Maple Leafs (2-0-1) for the seventh straight time on Monday when they square off at Scotiabank Arena. During a six-game series winning streak, St. Louis has won three times in Toronto, limiting the home team to only one goal each time, with the UNDER cashing in all of those games. The Maple Leafs have not defeated the Blues since 2016, and they are coming off a 6-5 shootout loss to the Montreal Canadiens as -150 home favorites on Saturday. St. Louis rallied to edge the Dallas Stars 3-2 as -145 home favorites on Saturday, scoring two goals in the third period to win its first game.
