Here we are on a sunny Thursday afternoon in Edmonton, and your friend Dustin Nielson took a few minutes out of his day to jump on our Facebook page to go live and talk all things Oilers. In today’s episode of Inside the Nation, Dusty touches on the neverending Jesse Puljujarvi saga, Sam Gagner’s spot on the roster, Ales Hemsky, and a whole lot more.

To start off today’s episode, Dusty took a minute to talk about the @Jesse Puljujarvi saga and whether or not he will actually stick to his guns and remain in Finland until the Oilers move him. Thankfully, the Puljujarvi talk only lasted a minute before moving on to more pressing matters such as trying to figure out which depth player will make the biggest impact. With the #SummerOfLineys rolling on, Dusty looked at Sam Gagner’s spot on the roster and discussed whether he’s likely to be slotted at centre or on the wing. With the line combos out of the way, how could we not tip our caps to Ales Hemsky, who was trending on Twitter multiple times over the last week. Lastly, Dusty took a look around the NHL, including a few minutes on what’s happening with Pierre McGuire and the fact that Sid the Kid isn’t so much of a kid anymore.
