After a really good November that put them back in the middle of the AHL playoff race in the Central division, the Manitoba Moose have cooled off a bit and are off to a 1-2-0 start in December with a loss against Rockford on the road and then splitting two games at home against the Chicago Wolves. The Moose are 5-5-0 in their last ten games played and are now 13-13-0 and sit in fifth place in the AHL’s Central division.
A standout player for the Moose at the moment is Skyler McKenzie who saw his three game point streak come to an end on Sunday, but not until he had a three point night (goal and two assists) against the Wolves on Saturday.
A three point game for Skyler McKenzie tonight gives him 7 points in his last 7 games. #MBMoose #NHLJets

Jansen Harkins getting his Player of the Month crystal from Moose GM Craig Heisinger.
He is just the second ever Jets draft pick to win Player of the Month in the AHL. The first was Jack Roslovic back in 2017. #AHL #MBMoose

Leon Gawanke has looked really good tonight. He's not afraid to join the rush and he's making things happen when he's got the puck on his stick. His stock has really risen as of late. Now, #MBMoose just need to get him playing night-in an night-out. #NHLJets
